Whether you're looking to build confidence in your parenting approach or navigate a complex family dynamic, this course provides practical tools, a safe space for reflection, and guidance from an experienced facilitator.

Divorce Mediation

Divorce mediation is a voluntary, without prejudice process where a neutral third party (the mediator) helps separating or divorcing couples resolve disputes and reach mutual agreements. The main areas typically addressed include contact (parenting and visitation arrangements), maintenance (financial support for a spouse or child), and the division of assets (property, finances, and belongings). The goal is to reduce conflict, promote cooperation, and empower both parties to make informed decisions. Agreements reached during mediation can be recorded in writing and, if both parties agree, can be made an order of the court, giving them legal enforceability.

Parenting Plan Mediation

A parenting plan is a written agreement between parents outlining how they will raise their child after separation or divorce. It covers key aspects like residency (where the child will live), contact (visitation and time with each parent), decision-making responsibilities, and how parents will communicate about their child. The goal is to ensure the child’s best interests are prioritised while providing clarity and consistency for the family system. It can be informal or legally binding if made an order of court.
